Tips

Allow one table or foldable table per selling area, then add a few extra for refreshments, registration and sorting stock. Keep plastic crates and storage boxes available so items do not sit on the ground or get mixed between stalls.
Prepare one cash box for each selling point and arrange enough change before the doors open. Test the payment terminal on site, and bring extension cords, power strips and charged portable phones if equipment needs electricity or communication.
Give every stall a number and prepare matching information signs. Print vendor information in advance so sellers do not have to rely on phone messages when they arrive.
