Lizzt processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

We process the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile photo
• User information within events
• Messages and chat content
• Files and attachments, such as documents and images
• Information about participation in events
• IP address and technical data

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing an account
• Enabling collaboration within events
• Sending and receiving messages
• Storing files and attachments
• Improving the app's performance
• Security and fraud prevention

Our service may be used by minors. If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not keep your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

When your account is deleted, your data will be removed as soon as possible, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Lizzt does not sell your data to third parties.

We only share data when necessary to provide our service, such as:

• Supabase for database and storage, with servers within Europe
• Vercel for hosting and cookieless visitor statistics
• Meta Platforms Ireland for advertising, only if you consent to it
• Email services, such as Outlook

In the future, parties such as payment providers, for example Stripe, affiliate partners, and analytics tools may also be added.

Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure that processing complies with applicable privacy laws.

If you consent to marketing cookies, data is also processed through the Meta pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta may transfer that data to the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Without your consent this does not happen.

We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss and unauthorized access.

You have the right to:

Lizzt uses cookies and similar techniques. We always place necessary cookies; for statistics and marketing we ask your permission first, through the cookie notice on the website.

• Necessary — needed to sign in, keep your session and remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
• Statistics — with your permission we measure how many visitors a page gets, using Vercel Web Analytics. That measurement works without cookies, builds no profiles and does not follow you across other websites.
• Marketing — with your permission we load the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, so we can show our ads to the right people and see which ones work. This pixel places cookies, including _fbp, and follows you across other websites. Without your permission the pixel is not loaded.

Your choice is kept for six months and you can change it at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent the page reloads, so the scripts concerned stop immediately.
