These terms apply to the use of the Lizzt app and services.

Lizzt is a digital tool that lets users organize events, assign tasks, track expenses, and share files and messages.

Lizzt only provides this functionality and is not a party to agreements between users.

Users are responsible for their own accurate information, the security of their account, and the use of the app.

It is not allowed to:

• share illegal content
• post misleading information
• infringe others' rights
• misuse the service

Lizzt reserves the right to block accounts.

All content users post, such as messages, files, and data, remains their own responsibility.

Lizzt is not responsible for the accuracy of data, agreements between users, or shared files and information.

Lizzt is a tool and not a legally binding platform.

• Agreements between users are not binding through Lizzt
• Lizzt is not liable for damages arising from use
• Lizzt is not responsible for errors in expense splitting or planning

We strive to provide a well-functioning service, but make no guarantees of continuity or error-free operation.

Lizzt may terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

These terms may be amended. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
