Tips

Prepare one bingo card and one pen or marker per player, plus at least 10% extra for last-minute registrations or misplaced cards. Keep spare answer forms and score sheets at the host’s table.
Test the laptop, speakers, microphone, projector and projection screen together before guests arrive. Pack the music files on a USB stick and bring extension cords and power strips for the final setup.
Chill bottled drinks several hours before opening and allow roughly 2–3 drinks per person for the first hour. Put bottle openers, drinking glasses and coolers at the bar before the first round starts.
