Quiz Show Shopping List

A quiz show needs more than questions and a projector. You also need enough answer forms, pens, scoring materials, drinks, snacks and serving items for every participant and team. Tips

Prepare one answer form and one pen for each participant, plus at least 10% extra. Pens disappear quickly between rounds, and spare forms cover mistakes or damaged sheets.
Plan two to three drinks per person for the first hour, then add roughly one drink per person for each additional hour. Chill them before guests arrive rather than relying on the last-minute refrigerator space.
Buy snacks by the number of quiz rounds: allow one small serving per person per round, with extra for breaks. Keep separate options available for the dietary requirements you collected during registration.
Set aside one complete scoring set per team: score sheets, a calculator and access to the whiteboard and markers. This keeps scoring moving when several teams submit answers at once.
