Tips

Buy at least one pen and one answer sheet per participant, then add 10–15% spares. Keep extra pens and blank score sheets at the registration desk rather than on the buffet table.
Allow two to three drinks per person for the first hour, then one drink per person per hour. Chill bottled drinks in coolers and keep coffee, tea and hot water separate so the quiz service does not block registration.
