Tips

Buy or prepare one answer form and one pen per team for each quiz round, plus at least 10% extra pens and forms for mistakes or late additions.
For the buffet, count one plate, glass, fork, knife and spoon per guest, then add 10% spare tableware. Bring serving spoons, platters and trays so guests do not use their own cutlery.
Plan coffee and tea separately from cold drinks: provide one coffee cup and spoon per guest, and check that the coffee maker and kettles can handle the group without a long queue.
