What you need for a Christmas quiz

Tips

Allow one drinking glass per guest plus 10% extra, and provide at least one coffee cup per person if coffee will be served during the quiz. For 40 guests, that means 44 glasses and 40 cups.
Plan roughly two to three drinks per person for the first hour, then one drink per person for each additional hour. Chill them in the coolers before guests arrive and keep a bottle opener at the serving area.
Buy or prepare one prize for each winning team, plus a small backup prize in case of a tie. Team badges should be ready before registration so teams can be assigned without delaying the first round.
Print quiz questions, answer sheets and score sheets at least one day ahead, with one answer sheet per team per round and several spare copies. Proofread the final version before printing.
