Tips

Count one chessboard, one complete set of pieces and one chess clock for every game played at the same time. Keep spare boards and clocks ready rather than borrowing equipment between rounds.
Bring at least one notebook and one pen per player, plus extras for late registrations or lost stationery. A practical buffer is 10% more than the number of participants.
