Tips

Prepare one bingo card and one pen for every registered player, then add 10% extra. Keep spare cards and pens at the registration desk rather than mixing them into the main stacks.
Plan prizes for every announced winning combination and add two or three backup prizes. Sort them before the event and place them on the prize table so winners can choose without delaying the next round.
