Bingo Night Shopping List

Tips

Buy at least one bingo card and one pen per registered player, then add 10% spare cards and pens. Number the cards before guests arrive so registration stays quick.
Plan prizes for every announced round and keep them on a separate prize table. Add prize ribbons or labels so volunteers can match each prize to the correct round.
Chill bottled or canned drinks several hours before opening, and prepare about two to three drinks per person for the first hour. Keep extra drinks in coolers rather than leaving everything on the serving table.
Set out one reusable cup per guest, plus coffee cups, plates and cutlery. For snacks, provide serving spoons and prepare at least two savoury or sweet portions per person.
Check the bingo machine, microphone, speaker, spare balls and power connections before shopping is finished. Bring extension cords and power strips, and test the sound from the furthest table at least 30 minutes before doors open.
