Confirm every photo location definitively and check the route between them before the wedding day. Allow extra travel time rather than relying on the quickest route shown online.
Share one schedule with the couple, photographer, venue and suppliers several days in advance. Include contact details, parking information, meal timing and the indoor rain location.
Charge every camera, spare battery and flash the night before, then format the memory cards and pack a spare camera. Do not leave card formatting or battery checks until the morning.
