Tips

Allow at least one reusable cup, plate and cutlery set per registered attendee, plus 10% extra for replacements and volunteers. Count coffee cups separately if coffee is served throughout the day.
Check every kite, kite line and rental bag before the event, not on the festival morning. Keep spare parts available for damaged connectors, lines or fittings, and pack workshop kites separately from rental equipment.
Do not leave power supplies until the last week. Confirm the coffee machines, kettles, extension cords and power strips match the available supply, and test the full setup before transporting it to the field.
