Plan one complete material set per participant, then add 10–15% extra beads, findings, cord, and wire for mistakes, breakage, and personal design choices.
Provide at least one set of round-nose pliers, flat-nose pliers, and wire cutters for every two participants. Add tweezers, scissors, measuring tapes, and cutting mats to shared workstations.
Sort beads, charms, connecting rings, ear hooks, and button beads into labelled storage containers before participants arrive. This prevents a queue forming around one box of mixed supplies.
