Tips

Count one market stall or table space per exhibitor, then add at least 10% extra table or display capacity for late changes and shared areas. Confirm the final stall count before ordering furniture.
Plan one chair for each volunteer and exhibitor who needs to sit, plus a few stools for demonstrations or compact stands. Clothes racks need enough clearance to let visitors browse without blocking walkways.
For a four-hour market, allow about two to three drinks per visitor if refreshments are provided. Order cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and serving trays for the busiest hour rather than the average flow.
Prepare one payment terminal for every busy sales point, and keep at least one charging station available. Bring cash and change separately from the sales table, and test every terminal before exhibitors arrive.
