Tips

Allow one foldable table per stall, plus at least one extra table for registration, refreshments or shared supplies. Confirm the final stall count before shopping.
Plan one chair for each seated stallholder and add 2–4 spare chairs for registration, workshops or breaks. Bar stools and high tables are useful only where the layout allows standing service.
Bring at least two extension cords and two power strips for every powered area, and check cable lengths before the day. Add a charging station so payment terminals and phones do not compete for sockets.
For a cash desk, prepare one cash register, one payment terminal and enough change before opening. Count the float at least 30 minutes before visitors arrive and keep it separate from sales money.
For refreshments, match cups, serving trays, kettles, coffee machines and thermos flasks to the expected rush during the first hour. Set out coolers and serving tools before stallholders arrive, not after doors open.
