Tips

Count one pair of work gloves and one pair of safety goggles per participant who will be working. Add at least 10% extra so a damaged or forgotten item does not stop a team.
For shared tools such as rakes, scoops, pruning shears, brooms and wheelbarrows, match the quantity to your team plan rather than the total headcount. Confirm the split with team leaders before ordering.
Allow two to three drinks per person for the first hour, then about one drink per person per hour. Bring coolers if drinks cannot stay refrigerated at the project site.
