Tips

Plan one complete gaming setup for each match table, including a play mat, site kit, objective markers, wound markers, tokens and measuring tapes. Add spare dice and at least one extra set of key markers so a missing item does not delay a round.
Bring printed score sheets, match lineups and participant badges, plus pens and markers. Print the documents before the event and pack extra copies—around 10% more than the expected player count is a useful buffer.
Pack a tournament laptop, spare laptop, printer, chargers, extension cords and power strips together. Test the printer and tournament files at least one day before the event; a single faulty cable can otherwise hold up registration or pairings.
Use one registration desk and a separate catering table. Prepare roughly two reusable cups and one plate per participant, then add a small reserve so late arrivals and replacements do not affect the serving setup.
