Tips

Allow 2–3 drinks per guest for the first hour, then 1–2 drinks per person per additional hour. Include water and chill it before guests arrive.
Count reusable cups, plates and cutlery for every guest, then add 10% extra. For 50 guests, that means at least 55 of each frequently used item.
Prepare at least two separate power routes for sound and lighting where possible. Bring extension cords, power strips and cable trays, and test every connection before setup.
