Check the weather forecast and beach conditions twice: once during the final week and again on the morning itself. Confirm exactly when you will switch to the bad-weather plan so guests and suppliers are not waiting for a decision.
Send route and parking information with the invitations or a later update. Beach access can add 10–20 minutes of walking, especially for guests carrying gifts or wearing formal shoes.
Confirm every delivery at least 3–5 days before the wedding, including the cake, flowers, furniture and rental tableware. Ask where each item will be unloaded because a beach entrance may not be close to the ceremony area.
Chill drinks the day before and prepare snacks before transporting everything. Allow at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to put out water, arrange carafes and check that glasses and serving platters are in place.
