Count one net, one set of poles and one scoreboard per court, then add spare shuttles for damaged or lost ones. Confirm whether the hall provides these items before buying or collecting them.
Prepare at least two rackets per active court if players are expected to borrow equipment, and keep racket covers and sports bags together so gear does not get mixed up between matches.
Print field number signs, participant lists, match schedules and score sheets before the tournament day. Take extra copies of each—at least 10% more than your expected number of participants.
Bring one whistle per referee and provide a referee’s chair at each court. Cones and marker discs help separate play areas and keep walkways clear during busy changeovers.
