Tips

Prepare one Bible, several leaflets and a few prayer cards per expected conversation, then add a small reserve for walk-up visitors. Keep notepads and pens at every information point rather than in one central box.
Plan two to three drinks per team member for the first hour, then add more for longer sessions. Use coolers for chilled drinks and thermos flasks for hot coffee or tea, especially when there is no indoor kitchen.
