Plan one complete gaming station for every match played at the same time: console, monitor, controller, headset, HDMI cable and power connection. Keep at least one spare controller and HDMI cable available.
Use wired connections wherever possible. Allow one Ethernet cable per device, add spare cables, and check that the network switch has enough ports for all consoles and the router.
