Tips

Prepare one competition swimsuit, swim cap and pair of goggles for every diver, plus at least 10% spare caps and goggles. Label shared equipment so it does not disappear between rounds.
Provide one stopwatch for each active timekeeper and keep two spare stopwatches at the judges’ table. Pack spare batteries or power banks before the venue opens.
Print the match schedule, jury forms, bib numbers and directions at least one day ahead. Bring 10% more printed copies than registered competitors and keep the files on both a laptop and a tablet.
For the registration desk, prepare one table, two chairs, a printer and enough extension cords and power strips to reach a safe socket. Bring at least two charged power banks for phones used during check-in and scoring.
Plan refreshments by headcount: allow two to three drinks per person for the first hour, then one drink per person per additional hour. Add snacks for competitors and officials, and chill drinks before doors open.
