Tips

Plan one compact camera, tripod and route map per participant where possible, then add at least two spare cameras or another backup option for a group of 10.
Charge every camera battery the night before and pack one spare battery per camera. Clear memory cards and bring a card reader so photos can be transferred without delay.
Pack one reusable cup per participant plus two extra, and provide at least 0.5 litres of water per person for a two-hour walk. Use coolers or thermos bottles to keep drinks practical at stops.
