What you need for a magic workshop

Tips

Prepare one participant pack per attendee with a deck of cards, magic coins, rubber bands, a pencil and a notebook. Add 10% extra packs or spare materials to cover damaged items and late registrations.
Set up one magic table for each small working group and place the materials on the tables before opening. Put card holders, ropes, scarves, sponge balls and dice where participants can reach them without sharing one crowded box.
Plan drinks for the break rather than relying on last-minute serving. Chill the drinks in coolers, prepare at least one water pitcher per serving area and provide one reusable glass or plastic cup per person, plus 10% extra.
