Tips

Set up one registration table with a laptop, printer and reliable Wi-Fi, then bring a second power strip and extension cord in case the desk is not near an outlet. Print the starting lists before event day and keep spare paper available.
Give each judge a table, chair and stopwatch, and keep at least one spare stopwatch at the officials’ desk. Recharge or replace batteries the day before, rather than discovering a dead device during a timed round.
