Set the schedule before cutting fabric. Allow about 15 minutes for welcome and safety instructions, 30–45 minutes for measuring, cutting and pinning, and at least 60 minutes for sewing and finishing.
Prepare one complete technical example before the workshop. Show seam allowances, strap placement and the finished shape so participants can check their work without waiting for the instructor.
