Tips

Plan one complete dart setup for each match running at the same time: dartboard, dart set, oche mat, scoreboard, markers and score counters. Add at least one spare set of arrows for the tournament.
Check the venue’s power points before bringing dartboard lighting, a laptop, printer, microphone or speaker. Pack extension cords and power strips early; they are easy to forget and difficult to replace on the day.
For drinks, count two to three servings per person for the first hour, then add roughly one serving per person for every following hour. Bring coolers and chill the drinks before the hall opens.
Buy snacks that can be served without interrupting matches, and provide plates, reusable cups, cutlery and serving trays. Include coffee, hot water and thermos flasks if the tournament lasts more than two hours.
