Prepare one bead tray, threading mat and bead assortment per participant, plus at least 10% extra materials for mistakes, breakage and late registrations.
Provide several wire cutters, round-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers rather than one tool per person. For a group of 10, six to eight of each shared tool usually keeps work moving.
