Set the competition format and rules before opening registration. State the number of players per team, match duration, substitutions, tie-break procedure and registration deadline so teams know exactly what to expect.
Reserve the beach location and check permit requirements early. Confirm access for rental equipment, space for goals and tents, available power and whether amplified announcements or catering need separate approval.
