Tips
- Provide one welding helmet, pair of welding gloves, welding apron, and suitable eye and hearing protection per participant. Keep at least one spare set available for damaged or forgotten gear.
- Match the number of welding machines, grounding clamps, welding cables, and workstations to the final participant list. For a practical session, avoid making more than one person share the same active workstation.
- Arrange air extractors before the workshop, not on the day itself. Check that every workstation has effective ventilation and that fans do not blow fumes toward another participant.
