Choose the songs, Bible verses and quiet or prayer times early. Send music scores to the group before rehearsal and schedule one full rehearsal so transitions, microphones and silence can be tested together.
Plan the room for both worship and arrival. Count chairs, tables and clothes racks, and decide where instruments, music stands, liturgy booklets, candles and lighting will go before volunteers begin setup.
