Tips

Match the number of competition mats, scoreboards, stopwatches and hand tally counters to the number of rings running at the same time, then keep at least 1 spare stopwatch available.
Count protective gear by competitor capacity rather than expected attendance. Have enough head protectors, breast pads, arm guards, shin guards and red and blue competition vests for simultaneous matches, plus a small reserve.
