Tips

Plan at least one registration table, one jury table and enough chairs for the people working there. Add a separate table for the printer or paperwork so registration does not become crowded.
Use enough traffic cones, lane barriers and ribbons to mark every turn, crossing and restricted area. Walk the full course before race day and keep spare markers available for sections that move or come loose.
