Tips

Set out one dog water station at the start, finish and at each major point where participants may need a break. Keep spare water available so bowls can be refilled throughout the event.
Prepare one bib number and wristband for every registered participant, plus at least 10% extra for replacements, late registrations or printing mistakes.
Place route arrows and kilometre markers where runners can see them before making a turn. Pack spare signs, barrier tape and cable ties so volunteers can fix missing or damaged markers quickly.
