Tips

Plan one dartboard, surround and dart mat for every active lane, then keep at least one spare set of darts available for players who arrive without their own. Check the board condition and lighting before buying replacements.
Buy or bring enough spare tips, shafts and flights for the whole tournament. A small damage or loss can stop a match, so prepare a repair kit before the hall opens rather than during registration.
