Allow one test ride helmet per planned simultaneous rider, plus at least two spare helmets in mixed sizes. Keep bike locks available for every bike left unattended and add cones or barriers around the test ride route.
For demonstrations and minor repairs, prepare one work stand per active mechanic, two pump options if possible, and spare inner tubes in the sizes used by the displayed bikes. Pack tire levers, chain oil, Allen key sets and multitools in a labelled repair box.
