Tips

Prepare one complete animal-care station for every group of pens, including feed bowls, water bowls, hay racks, calf halters and calf brushes. This avoids moving equipment across the site during judging.
Allow at least one cup, plate and cutlery set per guest, then add around 10% extra for breakage, late arrivals and second servings. Reusable cups and serving trays should be ready before catering is delivered.
