Tips

Prepare one wooden building set per participant, plus a few spare sets for damaged parts or late registrations. Count the roof pieces, perches, screws and glue before packing each set.
Plan roughly one complete tool set for every four to six participants. Bring extra drill bits, screwdrivers, clamps, measuring tapes and pencils because these are easy to leave at a busy worktable.
